Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after age verification is completed.

Shipping Compliance

Due to the PACT Act:

• We may only ship via approved carriers that allow tobacco delivery
• USPS cannot ship cigars to consumers in most cases
• Orders require Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery

Delivery Requirements

• Government-issued ID required
• Signature must match verified customer

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

• States or municipalities that prohibit direct-to-consumer tobacco shipments
• Locations where carrier compliance cannot be met

Reporting

We may report shipments to state tax authorities as required by federal law.
